Love your "Frank" and think I'll name mine "Heather" because she is just like the blond b*&%h in the movie "Heathers" - she taunts me. And I love your Before Times term! Heather is an excellent name for this monster! We need them to all have a convention somewhere so they can learn to relax and leave us alone... May we all learn to embrace "Good Enough"-ism so we can get through this phase with our sanity (mostly) intact.

I too refer to 2019 as the “before times”.
